Called to the Ontario Bar in 2020, Frederic currently serves as Legal Counsel to a Canadian Crown Corporation. 
 
In collaboration with senior counsel, Frederic advises the business development team and the contracts management team on the legal risks associated with negotiating, drafting and interpreting numerous agreements of varying complexities, focusing on international commercial contracts in the defence sector. 
 

Frederic frequently acts as co-counsel on B&B Law's litigious files. He manages a part-time and fully bilingual private practice in civil litigation, wills and estates, employment and labour law.
