Louise is a licensed Paralegal and a Commissioner of Oaths and Affidavits. Louise was formerly a paralegal instructor for a number of years.

Louise has years of advocacy experience where she successfully developed case strategies on numerous files, including:

Labour Relations Board;

Small Claims Court matters such as employment law, breach of contract and renovation projects gone bad;

Landlord & Tenant Board; and

Insurance companies for Personal Injury cases, such as dog bites and slip and falls.

Louise also gained extensive exposure to real estate law through years of working as a real estate assistant.

Louise's area of practice is now dedicated to all aspects of Employment Law. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of employment and human rights issues, including wrongful dismissal claims, constructive dismissals claims, severance pay, disability claims, and employment-related human rights issues.
